User interface is an interface in which users interact and control the software application or hardware device. The interface of Payroll v1.4 appears like an actual payslip form with necessary data elements in it. It doesn't provide graphical user interface but it does not lessen its effectiveness as a payroll system. It uses mouse, keyboard, touchpad, monitor, and any necessary input and output hardware devices. Technically, it is only applicable for laptop and desktop computer users. Payroll v1.4 is not usable for android and any smartphones users.
This system software maintains its security by providing safety precautions in entering data in the fields. It gives pop-out messages if you have entered or clicked something wrong. It is also easy to navigate since the fields are properly named and arranged.
